Deep Clean – on average, it can take from 8 hours up to 3 days with 2–4 cleaners, depending on the property size and condition.

Complete Regular Clean – this also depends on the size of the property and how it is maintained between cleans; however, the cleaner will work until the home is fully refreshed, regardless of the time.

Flexi Clean – this takes exactly the number of hours you have booked per session.

Bathroom Restoration Clean – this can take from 2.5 to 6 hours, depending on the condition and existing fixtures.

Absolutely! We’ll stay in touch and discuss any adjustments you need. For urgent changes, email us at clean@olclean.uk, and we’ll respond within hours.

We ask for 1 month’s notice for service cancellations. For regular session cancellations or rescheduling, please notify us 2 weeks in advance.

No, for regular cleans, you can leave the keys with us by signing a key receipt. For the first clean, ideally, we’ll need you to be at home for a quick introduction.

We love both! For safety, we recommend keeping children and pets away from areas where cleaners are using chemicals.

We bring all cleaning supplies, using high-standard, professional and eco-certified products and equipment that are effective while being safe for your home, surfaces, and indoor air.

For regular sessions, we recommend using your vacuum cleaner to avoid cross-contamination between homes.

Yes, we have comprehensive £5 million insurance. All work carried out is fully covered, and our cleaners are trained in health and safety, giving you complete peace of mind.

You’ll be introduced to our payment policy during onboarding, and payments are processed via direct debit, keeping everything simple and handled automatically. Invoices can be provided upon request.

A Deep Clean is a top-to-bottom, thorough clean to completely reset your home and bring it to its best possible condition, including specialised and detailed treatments. It is normally required every 6–12 months, depending on maintenance.

A Complete Clean maintains the level of cleanliness achieved after the Deep Clean and is a full refresh of the home at each visit, regardless of time. It focuses solely on the complete clean rather than tidying or housekeeping.

A Flexi Clean is a timed session that can include a combination of deep cleaning tasks, regular cleaning tasks, and housekeeping tasks, adjusted to each household’s needs.
